When the human body is exposed to hypoxia (oxygen reduced environments), it struggles to produce required amounts of energy with less available oxygen. This struggle triggers the onset of a range of physiological adaptations geared towards enhancing the efficiency of the body’s respiratory, cardiovascular and oxygen utilization systems.

We pride ourselves on '1 on 1' training.  Although we can and do train groups, we work on the requirements of each individual to ensure they are obtaining their optimum outcomes.  This includes baseline testing to ensure the starting point is able to provide benefit straight away and not over or under train.  A program is also personalised to you and your needs.

The Altitude Training Centre uses high flow hypoxic air flow technology in their Fitness Facility and work with you to increase your performance whether it be for sport’s performance, rehabilitation, general health and weight loss or to get ready for your trekking adventure.
